Nice 1100 Sq Ft House Plans with Basement

With good insulation and sliding glass doors, this 1100 sq ft house plans with basement was transformed into a cozy apartment decorated in cheerful colors. To this peculiarity it was united its size, 50 m², and a rectangular floor. In order for the space to be habitable, the decorator’s first step was to isolate the entire floor from humidity. For that reason a double partition was raised and in the middle and air chamber was created that was filled with fiberglass, an insulating material.

When there is no corridor, in the living room a passage area was created between the bookshop, with DM lacquered shelves in white, and the roten chairs, oriented towards the living room. So you can comfortably pass from the bedroom to the kitchen without having to raise partitions that would recharge the space. In 1100 sq ft house plans with basement decoration, a modern style was chosen, with oriental details such as the painting and the chair, and colors on a white background.
